Stream Deployment options
Deployment type.
Choose how you want to deploy the stream. All streams require a designated
scoring node before they can be deployed; additional r equirements and opti ons depend on th e
deploym ent type.
<none>. The stream will not be deployed to the repository. All options are disabled except
stream description pre view.
Scoring Only. The stream is deployed to the rep ository when you clic k th e Store button. Data
can be scored using the node that you designate in the Scoring node field.
Model Refresh. Same as for Scoring Only bu t in a ddition, the model can be updated in the
repository using the objects that you designate in the Modeling node and Model nugget fields.
Note: Automatic mod el refresh is not supported by d efault in IBM SPSS Collaboration and
Deployment Services, so you must choose this deployment type if you want to use this feature
when running a strea m from the reposito r y. For more information, see the topic Model
Refresh on p. 190.
